Product Description Gateway Pairing Step: To pair the gateway, locate the main menu at the upper left corner and select Gateway - G2. Ensure that the power is connected before proceeding to avoid any "search failed" errors. Configure the wifi information, making sure your phone is connected to the same wifi network. Upon successful configuration, a "Gateway" column will appear in the "Settings".

How to Connect Alexa and Gateway: Download the "Amazon Alexa" app on your mobile phone and search for "TTlock" under "Skills & Games".
